The final weekend of the inaugural season is complete with The Houston Apollos defeating the Mykawa Hawks. The League City Hornets beat the SouthBelt Sox and the Mywaka Hawks beat the SouthBelt Sox. The Houston Apollos will attend the NBC State Tournament in Austin, The League City Hornets will attend the AABC Regional in Dallas. All Teams enjoyed a break for 4th of July The fourth week is complete with the Apollos capturing the league title by defeating the League City Hornets 4-2. The Apollos will qualify as the Coastal Baseball representative for NBC World Series in Wichita. The League City Hornets have clinched 2nd place and qualify as AABC representative for tournament in Dallas with chance to play in Stan Musial World Series in Huntsville. Bob Pfaff was named MVP of the Coastal Baseball League as the best hitter/relief pitcher it is unknown what his true age is. The second week of the season is complete. The Mykawa Hawks got their first victory of the year beating the Houston Apollos and tieing the League City Hornets. Alemeds Academy went 3-1. The first week of the season is complete. Bob Pfaff hit the leagues first home run, Dane Yelovich had the leagues first hit. Casey Newman was the league's first winning pitcher. The Houston Apollos won the first game beating the Alemeds Academy. Kevin Stawson threw the league's first no hitter for South Belt Sox vs Alemeds Academy. |
